Lady Julia.

• There's a sound tires make on the highway on a long trip. You can feel it as well as hear it.
• The A Train going express from 59th Street to 125th Street. Sound and motion.
* Leaves rustling a breeze.
• A woman rubbing her pantyhose-covered legs against themselves. There isn't a sound (or sight) like it in the world...

To name a few.

regards,

So many of the answers given hold true for me as well, so I have tried to think of natural things which send me into trance quickly, ... nature’s shock inductions if you will.

The sudden call of an owl in the distance of a perfectly peaceful night.

The unexpected sound of rushing water in the forest when the wind changes and instantly makes audible what was inaudible a moment before.

The unanticipated sound of gently falling rain changing into the staccato pelting of hail.

The unforeseen flash of lightning from a storm which approached unnoticed.

Snow falling in front of a streetlight.

The sound of heavy rain. Especially when outdoors or if the roof's noisy.

A woman's bottom when she's walking ;)

Sitting on a swing, slowly swinging back and forth without much effort.

Eye contact.

Watching the rails on another track when riding the commuter train.

The top of my list will always be ocean waves. Sitting on a rocky shelf on the Maine shore, watching, listening, smelling and feeling the spray on my skin, I felt for a few moments as though I had become part of the swaying rhythm, that seemed random and disorganized at first until I found the underlying beat.

My own heartbeat, which I remember soothing me to sleep, so much better than Montovani on the clock radio.

Carousels are one of the greatest inventions ever. I think I can remember every one I enjoyed, going back to childhood. Lights, organ and drum music, wood, steel and popcorn smells, the air currents moving against my skin in rolling circles, and the sensation of the alternating pressure of the saddle against my crotch and thighs. All out of my control and waiting for me to surrender to the sensations.

Flickering candle flame
Smoke rising when theres no breeze
Rain drops collecting and running down the outside of a window
Ticking clock - better with a pendulum or those little balls that rotate back and forth
Running water in a stream
Running water from a tap
The noise of a strong steady wind
Wind chimes
A garden sprinkler
The edge of the waves along a flat beach
Staring at myself in a mirror
Looking up at clouds whilst lying down
Looking down at clouds from above in an aeroplane
That little circle that goes round when installing software
The speckles and noise when a TV station stops transmiting
Semi autogenous grinding mills
Listenning to some people at meetings.... :-)

Excellent, fellas :) Now.. think a little harder, pay a bit of attention to your surroundings today and tomorrow, and see if you can't notice a few more.

Forgot one. I love fiddle music. I find female fiddle players very mesmerizing. I like the dudes too, but I like the energy and passion that woman put into it.

Looking at the full moon in the dessert is very hypnotic. If you are with someone special even better.

Rushing or flowing water is very hypnotic.

Rain on a metal roof.

Large, dreamy beautiful eyes is extremely hypnotic.
