Hello Fellas,

I am pretty ill at the moment. Nothing to worry about, but something the doctor said would likely stay with me for several days. I honestly do not feel like even contemplating what direction I want each of you to go, so I’m going to do something that wouldn’t be uncommon in an every day situation (sometimes life just gets in the way, doesn’t it?). You need to step up and make a decision: you may end this activity now or you may continue on and do what you think I would want you to do. Most of you know me well enough that I believe you can think like me :)

Keep reporting every day until you finish or until I return. I want to know you’re doing ok. I’ll read and approve your comments, but that’s about all the time I will spend online for a few days unless some major question arises from one of you.

I’m not sure this makes sense. I hope so. Time to rest.

I never really named this experience, so we’ll call it the “Unnamed One”. Sounds like a Seinfeld episode, doesn’t it? :)

Phase three will require you to direct your imagination a little more specifically. I’d like for you to begin to imagine the type of lady who would dominate you. For Day 1 of Phase 3 I would like for you to begin to envision her personality. Nothing you create will be wrong and nothing your subconscious “dreams up” will be wrong. This is merely a fantasy. Because it’s sort of a guided self-hypnosis thing, your subconscious may come up with a few ideas your conscious mind hadn’t acknowledged. That’s ok.

When you focus on her personality, consider: is her style a bit bitchy? a lot bitchy? softer, and more gentle? stern with a zero tolerance attitude? teaching minded? sensual? Does she laugh even when things go wrong? Just let your imagination wander and watch as she develops. Be sure and write down her description after you finish. It’s up to you whether or not you post it here.

On Day 2 of Phase 3, you’ll do the same, only this time you’ll imagine what she will expect from you. What drew her to you? It can be a fantasy you – the sort of person you would like to be, or it can actually be you. What about you does she find sexy? Amusing? Entertaining? Definitely take time to write these down. Again share your list here only if you would lke to.

If you don’t have very specific details for either day, I’d like to know.

Forgive me if this is poorly written. I am in a bit of a hurry at the moment.

Once you’ve completed my previous instructions, I’m going to alter the instructions a bit. Instead of thinking about letting go of stress, once you’re all relaxed and in a nice suggestible place, I want you to fill your thoughts with a sexual fantasy. You may either let your mind wander or think of a favorite and familiar one. Do this for three days and as before, report on your successes. You may share the specifics if you wish, but it’s not necessary if you’re feeling a bit shy :)

You’re doing wonderfully, fellas :) Don’t worry about your minds wandering a bit – as you can see that will come in useful very soon.

You all did very well with your assignment. I’m very pleased :)

Now.. sometime today or tomorrow let’s use that information.

I’d like for you to do the following for me:

1. I want you to think of something that is stressful in your life. Perhaps it’s someone at work that annoys you. Maybe it’s a problem with not having enough hours in the day. Just something about which you would like to feel less stressed or anxious.

2. Select something from your list (or the list of one of the other commenters) – pick that one thing that for you is the most hypnotic and relaxing. Do not choose anything that would ever require your concentration to be safe (for example, even though being in car is very, very relaxing, I don’t want you to associate trance with it).

3. Find a time when you can be alone and uninterrupted. We’re going to focus a bit :)

4. You know what to do next. Slow your breathing. Long, slow, deep breaths. Let your body just relax. Then focus on whatever you found so relaxing. Allow that sound or that sight, whatever it is, take you to an even more relaxed place. When you feel your mind and body letting go, begin to also see yourself letting go of the stress associated with that thing that is causing you concern. You’re not letting go of the situation – you’re simply reminding your subconscious that you are doing ok. You can let go of the stress and still deal with the problem.

5. Do this three days in a row.

6. Don’t worry if it feels silly or impractical. Just remember, you’re doing this to please me (smiles – you know you’re doing it for you the most, don’t you? :) It will please me, too, though.

Let me know each day how you’re doing and feeling.

By the way, I’m going to do this with you. I’m super stressed at the moment and I need to change my thinking about something. I choose a warm bubblebath as my most relaxing, mesmerizing thing. Focusing on the warmth of the water, the feel of my skin as it’s caressed by the silky bubblebath. I can let the stress wash away and allow a calmer manner of dealing with the situation take its place.

You’re doing great, fellas! Thank you for doing such an excellent job thus far in answering my question. You know Dommes, though.. we’re a bit of a demanding lot. Always wanting a bit more.. ;)

I’d like for you to pay closer attention to your surroundings today and tomorrow, and see if you can’t notice a few more things that seem hypnotic or deeply relaxing. Do your best to show me how observant and creative you can be.

There are things in our every day lives that are, at times, mesmerizing. Perhaps it’s the warm, soothing water while you’re in the shower. It could be the dancing of the tree branches on a windy day. And.. it might be the swinging of her foot as she sits with her legs crossed ;)

Hailing from the UK, I wouldn’t take this story too seriously, and I agree with your comments and the others here. Our judicial system is just as cautious as the US.

Start by looking at this.

A story like this appears in the press simply because the press will always aim to sensationalise even the most trivial of stories, to sell newspapers.

I know this and normally when I read things written by US papers I try to double-check to make certain the story isn’t an isolated one. For some reason, this seemed to be straightforward information and I simply neglected to dig deeper.
